Address and Availability for Receipt

If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and a new delivery fee will be charged for resending the product.

Recipient Unavailable:
If the address is correct but no one is available to receive the package, it will be redirected to a local collection point. If not collected within the timeframe, the package may be returned to the sender. Customers are advised to track their order for updates.
