Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal
To return products, customers must inform us within 30 calendar days of receiving their order. Returns are accepted only if the product is in original condition, free from signs of improper use or physical damage, and in its original packaging.
Resolution Options:
- Product Replacement: Subject to stock availability.
- Full Refund: Processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: Available if the customer wishes to use the paid amount for future purchases.
Once the return is confirmed, our support team will guide the customer through the process. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return criteria.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:
- Credit Card: Refunds will be issued in line with the card provider’s policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear in the account.
Important Notes
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if items are returned due to incorrect choice of colour, size, or personal preference.
- Nest & Haven will cover shipping costs only for incorrect or faulty items.
- Returns made without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Faulty Products Policy
For faulty products, customers are entitled to repair or replacement:
- Within 30 days of receipt: Faulty products must be reported immediately to our support team.
- After 30 days: We may offer a repair or replacement option, subject to our customer service team’s guidelines.
Please send photos of the faulty product to help expedite the process. After reviewing the issue, our team will provide detailed instructions for the return.
Exchange Fees
Exchanges requested within the 30-day period are covered under our exchange policy with no additional fees for products with defects or shipping errors.
